Email and Label Sharing - choose setup

Email and Label Sharing allows you to share Gmail labels (and emails) as you would share folders in Google Drive. If you are Google Workspace admin you can setup a company-wide shared label (i.e., Projects, HR, or simiar) which you can share with selected members of your team. On the other hand, if you are not a Google Workspace admin or use free Gmail, you can just share a label with co-workers, partners, etc.

Select Email and Label Sharing: Google Workspace admin setup if you are a Google Woskpace admin and want to setup label sharing for your team.

Select Email and Label Sharing: single user setup if you are NOT Google Woskpace admin (i.e., use free Gmail or you are just a Google Workspace user).
