What is a user in cloudHQ Backup and Sync Plan?
For backup, migration, and sync of cloud storage, each file creator or author (i.e., user who created a file) whose data you want to backup, sync or migrate is counted as one user. For instance, backing up a Google Drive Shared Drive with files created by 10 different Google Workspace users would count as 10 users. In case of Egnyte sync or backup of Egnyte Shared folders, one Egnyte power user is equivalent to one cloudHQ user.
A user is defined as a unique, personalized email address (e.g., name@yourcompany.com) whose cloud account or data is being synced, backed up, or migrated. If a user uses multiple cloud apps (e.g., Dropbox, Salesforce, etc.), they are still counted as a single user.
