Our Privacy policy is simple. Any information we receive from you will not be shared with anyone else, and we'll never use it for anything else without your consent. The Information We Collect And Store

We may collect and store the following information when running the cloudHQ Service:

When you register an account, we collect some personal information, such as your name, email address. Payment is handled by PayPal and Stripe so we are not storing credit card or other billing information.

When you use the Service, we automatically record information from your web browser. This may include the Device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, the web page visited before you came to our website, information you search for on our website, and locale preferences.

We also use “cookies”. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your Device. Data Storage

cloudHQ is sync and replication service so no data is persistently stored on cloudHQ servers. To provide you with the cloudHQ Services, we may replicatie your data using servers around the world - including those outside your country. Please contact us if your data must be transferred using only servers located in certain country.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, you may delete your account. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion.

We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of our users; or (d) protect cloudHQ's property and intellectual rights.

In addition to participating in the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework, cloudHQ offers a data-processing amendment and model contract clauses as an additional means of meeting the adequacy and security requirements of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union Data Protection Directive. Changes to our Privacy Policy
